Making the most together by the sea
It's not often that the whole family is together, especially when some live overseas. This lovely family hired a holiday home in Rooi Els while one of their sons and his wife were visiting from America, making it the perfect opportunity to update their family photos.
We met on one of Rooi Els' quiet little beaches, surrounded by beautiful mountain views and the coastline. With around ten family members, we captured a mix of full family portraits, smaller groups, couples, and plenty of relaxed, natural moments.
Extended family sessions like these are always special because they capture everyone together in one place, creating memories of a holiday that doesn't happen very often. Rooi Els is such a beautiful location for family photography, offering a peaceful setting away from the crowds and some of the most scenic coastal views in the Western Cape.
