About Me

It's funny, if you had asked me 25 years ago what kind of photography I wanted to do, I would've answered still-life photography. Being an introvert at the time, the last thing I wanted to do was talk to strangers let alone photograph them, especially little humans who talk back LOL.

Fast forward 25 years and photographing people and little humans are my favourite.

When I had my kids, I was forced to connect with moms and their kids and organise playdates and it honestly got me out of my shell.

So now for the boring stuff.....what experience do I have.

I studied a National Diploma in Photography (3yrs).

After graduating, I worked onboard cruise ships as a photographer. I did this for over 3 years and then decided to go to the UK for a year and ended up working as an air hostess (something I always wanted to do)

I came back home and got a job working as a photographers assistant at a studio in Woodstock. I worked alongside some incredibly talented photographers in the commercial and advertising industries. The skills and techniques I learnt during this time were invaluable in shaping the kind of photographer I am today. Eventually I decided to start my own business and I have never looked back, I simply LOVE what I do.
