A special family morning at camps bay
Sometimes a family photoshoot comes together because of more than one special occasion. This lovely family travelled from Johannesburg to Cape Town for a family wedding, and with one of the daughters celebrating her birthday, it was the perfect opportunity to update their family photos too.
We met at Camps Bay early in the morning, where the beach was beautifully quiet before the crowds arrived. With grandparents, two daughters, a son-in-law, and an adorable little grandson who was just under a year old, it was a wonderful chance to capture three generations together.
The morning was relaxed and fun as we wandered along the beach, making the most of the soft morning light and stunning views of the Twelve Apostles. We captured a mix of full family portraits, individual family groups, and plenty of natural moments in between.
